I think I've posted this one before but here it goes again for those who might not have seen it.
Find an old walking cane.
Go to the local Costume/Novelty store (or search online) and where they sell Rubber Chickens, you will find Rubber Fish
Tie the fish onto the cane with a shoestring so that it will be seen from a distance.
You now have a CANE POLE, suitable for any Hobo/Tramp Clown.
One could conceal the fish between their coat sleeve and their body and when someone says, "Look, he walks with a cane", you move your arm allowing the fish to fall and say. "Nope,,,this is my CANE POLE and I'm a going fishin'."
