My first thought is almost any trick where the helper has a choice. Are you familar with a change bag? This is a bag that has a hidden pocket that you control access to. If you put really easy questions in one side, or pocket, and hard questions in the other you could have an adult helper and a child helper. The child always gets the easy question (What was King David's first name?) but the adult always gets the difficult question (How many bricks were used in making Soloman's palace?)
