What a great idea. I would love to attend something like that, but it's a bit far for me. How about doing the ceremony backwards? Start with the kiss, and work backwards ~ just be sure that it's meaningful to you, and the clowning doesn't take away from the serial part.
I got married 5 years ago ... my second marriage as well as my husband's ... and my grandson, who was 6 at the time, was our ring bearer and he was at the front of the church and let a loud "gasser", then when a few people started to laugh quietly, he pointed to my soon-to-be husband, insinuating he was the one who let it out. My grandson is quite a comedien, isn't he? Anyway, it was only brief, and we had a very nice wedding otherwise. I told my grandson I was not happy about that, but I also told him that when HE gets married, I will probably be sitting in the front row wearing Depends ... and paybacks are THE PITS!!! I think I scared my grandson a little bit.
God bless you both and may you have a very clowningful wedding and marriage. Pictures, PLEASE!!!
