Ok, here's an idea ... when Sonshine starts to sew, I am going to rush over there and sit on the floor and do balloons. I think I will start out with baby steps too. I've got the basic dog pretty well memorized, but I'm ready to expand to broader horizons. As she is sitting there sewing hats for Sonshine, I will be making CATS out of balloons, or maybe even a parrot. You know, simple stuff. When we have our creations finished, we will BE SURE to post pictures right here on Clown Forum. Pictures that have never been seen anywhere else in the world!!
She
at least has the knowledge to sew; I don't retain my information about balloons very well. To me, if it doesn't have the same twists as a dog, I'm really lost. It's surprising how many things can be made with those same basic twists. And ... buffaloing comes in handy. A child asks for something in a balloon, I make it out of the same twists as a dog, add the necessary markings, give them a big SMILE as you hand them EXACTLY WHAT THEY ASKED FOR and the kids are happy as a dog with ten tails. That's just one of the reasons I LOVE KIDS.
