If you put the batteries in the back and had a front wheel attached to a hydralic piston like the ones on log spliters you could flip the switch to activate the piston and it would lower the special tire and the car would then look like it was doing a wheelie.

Any particular type of Hot Rod Huck? My Dad has a steel five window Duece with a 348. He bought it nearly 50 years ago.
