You're welcome Nettie Belle. If you do a lot of face painting outside, you may be interested in the small desk type fan I found this past summer at Wal-Mart too. It's rechargeable and has battery backup. It works great and I love that it is rechargeable. I stay much cooler while face painting. Just be careful where you set your glitter so it doesn't blow away.
I'm not sure if Wal-Mart would still have them now though, they may not have them again until summer. I highly recommend one though.
