I have never been a fan of the pop twist required to make the handlebars of a one balloon motorcycle. For me it is easier, quicker and safer (My pop twists almost always come undone and I lose the handlebars completely.) to make a two balloon version. I start with the knoted ends of the balloons being the handlebars and go from there.

I used to think that I was saving money by only using one balloon instead of two for my creations but I realized that many designs catch people's eyes better with multiple colors. Also, without some artwork many balloon sculptures are difficult to identify for the "non-balloon professional" and the colors often help with the identification. For example a person may ask for a light blue turtle but with a little help from Mr. Sharpie I would even forget what I made. A lot of words to basically say that sometimes less isn't really more; and a little bit of extra, whether it be an extra balloon or a little artwork can make all the difference in the world without taking a lot of time or breaking the bank.
