After alot of research, I have come to this decision:

I am going to purchase some clown white.
I am going to get a Pro Pencil Rod by Mehron (Red and black)
To set, I am going to get some talcum powder (from walmart)
Is this going to be enough to make a face? Does the above makeup need to be set?
If anyone knows a tutorial to applying clown makeup, please let me know.
For my nose, I am going to have it red. Do I do this with a brush and paint or a pro pencil?
