I learned to juggle with 3 tennis balls. I spent a lot of time chasing balls that I dropped so I got a lot of exercise learning to juggle, lol. I wished I had used scarfs or beanbags and I may have learned quicker.

If you count as you do your throws (ex. say "1, 2, 3, etc") it may help or simply say "throw" or "up" as you do each throw, it may help.

It is important that your throws are accurate and not wild. In other words, it is better to be able to do 5 correct throws than 10 wild ones.

Finally, give yourself time. Try to make small improvements every day and youi will be juggling 3 balls in no time at all.

Just my 2 cents worth!
