I’ve done my practice for today and I’m up to a record 25 throws and catches!!! The videos online say to throw the balls quite high, but I find if I keep the throws at shoulder height it’s much easier to control. No one seems to mention the body movement – I find it easy to bend my knees and get a circular motion going with my shoulders and waist, not only does it help you to get a rhythm, but it’s also more visually pleasing/entertaining. I don't know why but it helps me to say "up" with every throw I make? So to hear me practice is quite funny - "up, up, up, up, up, up, shit ........ and up,up,up......"
