Yeah is it easy. Take a short sock, fill it half way up (or maybe a third, you want it round and hand sized) with some cheap solid grain or beans. Then twist it shut and put a rubberband on on the twist so it diesnt open. Then pull the rest of the sock around the ball part and viola! Bean bag! I also glued and sewed the pulled over bit, and cut the excess away so it was nice and round, and definilty would open. I cant remember if I saw this in book or on a website, but the idea is not mine.
