I don't have anything fancy, one of those plastic candy jars with a sign that reads tips. Seed you jar ahead of time with a few $1 and $5 that can easily be seen, if you use change you'll get change, empty change out if possible from time to time. and don't let the jar get to full, or they may feel you've gotten enough and don't need anymore.
