Roly graduated from a 2 year circus school somewhere in Europe and is a fulltime clown and also happens to be something in the Church of England (can't remember his title). Very talented man!
Arthur Pedler is a legendary clown but I don't know his contact information.
You might also want to correspond with the Director of Clown Camp, the original camp program hosted at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse for the past 28 years. Dr. Snowberg hosts clown camps around the world and has recently done so somewhere in England as well as Japan. You can e-mail him at:
