Sure ... I took the red balloon almost completely filled and l made and locktwisted a 1/2 inch bubble on each end.. This forms the base of the hat and the bill. Taking the Blue balloon I filled it leaving about 3 inches unfilled I makde a small one inch bubble and looped it around one side of the red and lock twisted. then I looped around the other side of the red and lock twisted making what appears to be a "Figure 8" I then took the remaining part of the red balloon and locktwisted it into the back of the red balloons ... The fact that your 'figure 8' can slide back and forth means that your hat is pretty much a "One size fits most" kind of deal...

Thats your baisic ball cap. To make it a "Whirly Bird Hat" I took the yellow balloon Filled it almost completely and tied the Ends together like I would If I had been making a flower. I twisted it to make a big "Figure 8' shape and attached it to the top of the hat by twisting it around a small ear twist in the blue balloon.

Now I think I made that as clear as mud... Let me know if you need anymore help!
