Hey CheckerZ! "Hanky Panky" is a stage show I've been working on since last year. It's in the style of an old silent Buster Keaton or Charlie Chaplin film but takes place on stage (and has no dialog of course. There is a "blind" accordion player though!).
The story is about a penniless clown, a maitre'd, a young woman and a famous handsome stage actor in a Paris Cafe. It all starts out when Chance (the clown) can't afford his bill. The maitre'd is ready to pummel him but with some luck a famous stage actor is in the cafe (and has been snubbing Chance in any way possible, treating the clown like dirt) with a beautiful young women doting on him. He is signing autographs and Chance slips his bill under the actors pen (getting him to sign for the bill!) and that's when the trouble starts!
Throughout the play Chance is forced to impersonate a waiter, a chef and a rich patron to get even with the terrible and conceited stage actor. Throughout the play Chance does his best (in his various disguises) to show the actor for the jerk he really is. In the end the roles are completely reversed and the bullyish actor gets his just desserts!

really loved writing this show. I cast the play a couple months ago but finances have prevented me from being able to produce it. The funds are going to pay for performance space and to pay the actors and will also (hopefully!) cover some marketing expenses.
Several of my friends who don't live nearby but are planning to pledge were curious if there was someway I could arrange for them to see the show. So in lieu of offering tickets to those who can't make it I'll be sending out the show on DVD as well as offering the other gifts based on the pledge!
