First relax and put the nose down. Now take a deep breath. As the putty cools it will harden up some and be a little easier to remove. Also, you don't need to get all of the putty out of your nose. Leaving a little bit until next time doesn't hurt at all, it just means that you won't need as much fresh putty the next time. As for cleaning off the outside, since it is just the putty first use a plain, dry paper towel to gently rub it off. I also use a baby wipe to shine my noses back up. Everything will be fine.
