Default Vaudeville

I thought it would be fun to have a thread to discuss this style of clowning and I wanted to open it up with a request for suggestions!

There are a lot of cliches in vaudeville such as "Step right up, step right up!" but I would like to hear many more! Perhaps memorable title cards from the old black and white films or common jargon from the vaudeville days.

What phrases/styles/objects/routines epitomize vaudeville for you?
