Default laughter yoga

this is actually an area of great interest to me.
i just finished reading dr. kataria's book 'laugh for no reason', and i hope to eventually take the training to be a certified laughter yoga leader/ anchor/ trainer.
so far it makes a great way to start a clown party... just warm up the audience with a variety of laughs as the appropriate way to respond (instead of heckling, side-talk, booing, vegging out).

i've found myself laughing more often because it's good for me w/o belaboring the humor aspect.
then... when i really find something funny i'll be ready to let it go even bigger.
thanks.
