For me, I used Mehron RED. not the rbr that yours looks like. (is it?)
I put it on with a brush instead of a pencil, this creates a sharp line. Then I follow up my baby power with the mehron blush-red- ontop of the lip. It makes the red as red as it can be. I like the clean contrast look of a sharp red against a white.

That is all something that comes with time and practice. Your look is great. I know you will refine it even more over time.
