"Relay" suggest all sort of things to me. One thing you can definitly do is in the relay, try and hand off to yourself and keep on failing. Or if you dont want to do that much, follow the guy you handed off to (if you can arragnge to grab a golf cart along the way it would be even funnier) and keep handing him relay "sticks" like flowers, rubber chickens, news papers, sticks, whisks, and so on.
As for the skit, alot depends on what you can do and the rescources you have already...
