Bubba Sikes has a short video using the D'lites - it's worth a watch to get a start on a routine. There is also a D'Lite DvD for around $20. I haven't watched it in forever, but I remember it being "ok." Some basic stuff, some advanced stuff - but most of it wasn't really "practical" as it required quite a bit of timing and a practiced assistant... (if i recall correctly)
If you find a thumb tip you like - buy 2 or 3 of them. It's always good to have 1 regular spare; and a second for tricks using cigarettes and such (they eventually start stinking of cigarettes - you don't want your primary TT stinking; which eventually causes your thumb to smell bad as well - constant hand-washining is less convenient than swapping TT's)
