Default nascar names
Mikey's big brother's name is Joseph Robert, we figure if he ever drvies for Nascar (or just needs a good 'ol boy name) he can go by JoeBob...

But I don't know what to do with Mikey's name. Mikey Jimmy? MJ ?(Yikes, too much like Michael Jackson!) Billybob?
