I'm having a nose dilemma.

I have two noses. One is a Jim Howle 1C and the other is a ProKnows CL. My avatar pic has me wearing the ProKnows. And you should know that I took my Dremel tool to it to get it to be the shape that it is. I significantly reduced the height of the nose, meaning I cut the part that goes up the bridge of my nose.

Here's my problem -- I like the way the ProKnows fits. I like the liquid adhesive better than the nose putty, and the ProKnows just feels more secure on my schnoz. I like the way the Howle looks. To me, it just looks more "clowny." I like that it's rounder, and more bulbous. I don't like the nose putty I'm using. Out here in the Texas heat, a little sweat and that putty's a goner. Also, I don't like that it's hollow. It feels very empty.

And now to my question. Is there a way to fill the Howle nose with a foam that would allow me to custom fit it like the ProKnows? If so, any suggestions on foam type and process would be most welcome.
