Well, for "Proknowsification" there are two types of latex foams used in the special effects industry that I know of. There is a cold foam and a hot foam technique. I have not used either becuase I have not tried designing my own prothetics. From what I was told you basically mix part a and part b and then pour in a mold, in your case the nose. Leon now uses a non-latex foam. Try calling the local college theatre department. Let me see if I can find any more info.
