I just ordered mine from PsPrint - PsPrint | Online Color Printing for Business Cards, Postcards, Brochures & More - the price is right and I've seen good work out of them, so I expect the best. I'll let everyone know when I get them, my estimated delivery date is May 28th.

PsPrint has always done our church well, the thing you have to be careful of is that they have pretty exact specifications on their products - 2" x 3.5"; CMYK color, 0.125" safety margin, 0.125" bleed over, all fonts have to be embedded or outlined, Acrobat 4 PDF format or EPS. If you meet the specifications for their press exactly, you should get good results. If you send them some random JPEG file, they'll print it as long as it's the right size but don't expect good results.

Here's the front of mine:

and the back:

Until now I've printed my cards at Costco putting 3 on a 4x6 print and cutting them up myself. The cost per is just a hair higher than printing 1000 of these at a time. I decided to go with the PsPrint cards for convenience (no cutting) and the fact that they print the back. The downside - the quality is NOT as good as photographic output (it's pretty good, but nothing can compare to a real photographic print)

P.S. to clarify the cost is like $50 shipped for 1000 printed full color on both sides.
