Definitely head or any piece of your body, has to be tough. Also, you need strength, I find, since I am not that strong and can't work out (surgeries) that I don't have the endurance to keep juggling clubs for a long amount of time. I prolly should see if there are lighter ones, but the ones I have I have had for years and years.

Also, you need a large enough space so that you don't hit the TV, wall, ceiling (that one hurts) desk etc.

But the specialist (look I made a new word) thing of all you need is dedication, cause there is a little bit more of a learning curve with clubs than balls. If you need help, feel free, been juggling clubs for a while now.
