As far as regestering your name I don't think it is that important as long as noone in your area is using the same name, no one really cares.
As for your name, if you don't want to just use Tootie, ad somthing to it like Cutie Tootie or a variation on it like Tootie Frutie depending on your character. You can read an artical I wrote on character development for the 3 Ring News on my website

It is hard to advise you on pricing because it varies so much from area to area. The best way to find out what people in your area are charging is to go thru the phone book and ask. Pretend you are planing a party and ask what they would charge.
