I made this tonight
Try this Balloon man:
Pinch twist an ear from a 260
5 x 5 inch bubbles rolled through each other
Pinch twist for second ear
Push a partially inflated 260 through the centre of the head for the nose and neck
160 in the mouth
Pinch twisted 260 for the eyes
260 attached to the ears for the hair.
I just made the body up as I went putting in joints where needed.
