[Sparkle the Clown]

My name is Caroline Robb. I am Sparkle the Clown and I have been clowning since 1994. I live in Cincinnati,Ohio where I am registered in the Ohio Historical Archives as the First official African American Female Clown in Cincinnati. I even hold a Commendation from, now retired State Representative, the Honoable William Mallory. I love clowning. I am a member of COAI (since 1994), and I have attended some great Clown training events such as Clown Camp on the Road, and Clowntown, in Newark Ohio. Clowning is a great field and there is plenty of room for diversity. I look forward to learning more about other clowns nationally and worldwide. My husband is a clown too. He is DASH and we sometimes clown together. We work events, parties, and schools. Our favorite types of events are Gospel Clowning at local churches. I am really impressed with this website and thanks for hosting it. How I got into clowning is a great story---but too much for now. I am a retired P&Ger. And P&G is how I got into clowning.
