Default Since I already wear big shoes...

No kidding, I wear a size 11, sometimes a 12. I don't miss the days where shoe stores didn't think women got big feet!

I'm new to this and getting in by way of face painting. Although I keep banging it on corners, I still seem to have a funny bone. People tell me I'm funny. I like to think they mean it in a good way. When I took beginning Improv at Second City (until Life intervened), I had a lot of good feedback. I hope to go back and finish some day, but for now, I'm cool with improvising stories for kids, painting their faces (Snazaroo, baby!), and being shamelessly silly.

I'd love to do balloon sculpting, too. Unfortunately, latex balloons don't love me back, so I must wait until they see the light and make balloons I can use. ;-)

My costume consists of 5'12" of plain-Jane-edness. I hope to sew colorful patches on a now-baggy pair of jeans. Until other things fall into place, I'm happy wearing a Chicago Cubs #10 Ron Santo shirt with said jeans. Any inexpensive, easy ideas for costuming are most welcome.

I'm a 31-year-old SAHM. My gorgeous, almost six-year-old daughter has autism and can't sit still--in other words, if I can paint her face, I can rule the world! My little boy is seven months old and a major charmer with a Superman chin cleft. I also run a book review website and write paranormal romance, short stories, and fantasy. I'm also a decent artist.

Finally, another reason I think clowning would be good for me is that when I'm clumsy, people will think I'm doing it on purpose. ;-)
