So exactly how long can I keep balloons out of the cooler on a hot summer day? In another post I was describing this "balloon tutu" I made as a way to organize my balloons and keep them handy. It works out so well for me, but I'm not sure how long I can keep all of those balloons out in the heat without doing some serious damage to them. What do you think?
