A big part of that depends on if you are in direct sunlight or not and how humid the day is. I have made the mistake of leaving my balloon bag in the car for a couple of hours and had to completely reload for my next gig. I sure had a lot of practice balloons for awhile. And a lot of poppage!
If you only have 20 to 25 balloons in each, and you are really kicking out the sculptures then you should be okay for the most part.
I wouldn't plan on wearing a couple thousand balloons in the full sun all day long if I were you though.
