Okay Lilly, I went to the site and looked at the hats. Are you looking at the collapsable top hats or the regular ones? The collapsable ones are nice silky looking nylon and well constructred. The $30 to $40 is a fair price, and they come in large and extra large. The regular top hat for $30 looks like a pressed wool, you might want to call for more details on that one. The Perma felt $10 hat is your typical Halloween quality pressed felt hat and only comes in one sze, and isn't overly large. The Mad Hatter top hat for $76 is a very cool hat. Think of the Victorian style top hats from "A Christmas Carol" and they are really good quality as well.
