It could, I use baby powder as well but I have talked with others who found that over time they needed to switch to the Neutra-set or other professional finely ground powders. The theory was that because they were more finely ground you would use less and that it was slightly more flexible on the face. Seems like a stretch for me but something worked for them. Whether it was a combination of a different white and the powder I can't say.

How yould you look if you didn't shave your moustache right before you applied your makeup? That way yoou would already have a very slight stubble. If you applied your makeup like normal it seems that as your moustache continued to grow it wouldn't be breaking through the "wall" of your makeup.
