The Minnesota Clown Alley 19 meets monthly for clowns from other clubs to come together and learn from each other.
The first half of each meeting is education.
Meetings are held in Saint Paul, Minnesota on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
New clowns are always welcome to come and learn, you do not need to be a member. To become a member you must be a member of COAI.
