I use the super white, to powder my white, and I like it, as far as the red goes, I use the neutral, it may be a little dull at first but seems to brighten after a few mins. There are many different "reds" out there you also my want to try another brand to see if you can get the color you're looking for. I have two "red" pencils one is brighter than the other. I also remove any white with Q- tips before appliing to my lip.
