i dont know if you are familliar with the wordless book (5 colors) but you can use so many diffferent patters with the colors. like if you have a dove pan you can use differet colored ingredients(ones that represent the gospel colors) and light it on fire then magically**** turn it into a cake or cross or bunny or silk or dove or anything that you think of that goes with the story.
if you have a die box (everyone should have one) you can fool the kids then talk about how the devil decieves you and i
if you have a change apparatus (one that changes from one to the another) you can talk about how in christ we are a new creature.
