the one game I have is a number board with 1-40 for the kids to choose from
as they pick you pull the number from a deck of index cards. each card has a random colored dot of 4 colors. The team which gets 4 dots of the same color wins.
If this is clear as mud holler and I will try making a web page with it on there and examples.

I made a web page with instructions and visual aids for the color dot game. Maybe it is understandable. http://www.geocities.com/luki_loki@sbcglobal.net/color_dots_game.htm

knowing the age range helps.
Go to the library and you can look up group games, there's all types and for all ages, some indoor and some out doors. Even a game of Willace says [instead of Simon] can be fun.
Music is another great use. There's Tony Chestnut's cd and others with movements to songs for the younger kids. every one loves the Chicken dance and Macaraina [sp?].
