I've been asked to bring my ministry group and do 3, 20 min sessions. I'm comfortable with the 5-8 and 9-12, but I could use some ideas for 2-4 yr olds, with their short attention spans and young age, I've got an idea, but I'd like to add a movement song, but I'm affraid mine maybe to long, any suggestions for this age group.

Check out Krazy, Prazy Worship by Dan Cutcheon. He does Romans 12:21 so that you can teach it as a happy motion song in just a few minutes. I used it a long time ago and the kids at my church still rattle it off to me. We divide the room between the boys and girls and gave them noises or hand claps at the end of each part of the verse, so that it was like a jingle. Lots of fun. I did vbs all across Texas, Arkansas and part of Louisiana several years ago. We were at each church for three days and did 3 two hour shows(talk about pressure), all church related and with a strong message, but fun and funny. The youth minister had over 300 children come to the Lord in a period of three summers, and the teachers just counted the children and sat down for the fun. We incorporated jokes that we converted to skits. Jesus Loves Me in clown sign language. The whip cracker, the stage coach, the airplane crash, Down came the rain, When I nod my head you hit it, Old McNoah, Where is Happy, Shoe strings, the Knife Thrower, William Tell and the apple balloon, and many others.
