British illusionist Lee Alex here.

I have always had a soft spot for clowns, but have only ever ventured into clown costume and make-up once as a special request for a birthday party whilst working in Rhodes, Greece.

I like to think however that all artists should stick together whether clowns, magicians, childrens entertainers, puppeteers etc.

Time to explore the boards I guess!

Welcome to the forum.

I think all entertainers are a bit of a clown, magician, ETC myself because clowns are entertaining (or are trying to) and seeing the smiles on peoples face and hearing the positive responce is magical in my humble opinion.

Welcome Lee Alex! Enjoy the boards but I should warn you it's better not to suggest to a group of clowns that all artists should stick together; they'd probably try to accomplish that with Krazy Glue. ;)

Oh Boy, an Illusionist! Maybe I can learn some tricks that I really need, like making myself disappear if I've had a party for a bunch of really rowdy kids that pop every balloon you make and want more....:)
