I am looking to get some extra diabolo string. What kind should I get? How long should I make it?

You can get good string from Henry's. Something like this:

The single string you cut for actual use should run roughly from the floor to your shoulder in length. Then you tie the ends well to each respective stick.

Well that would explain my problem... I didn't realize you had to respect the sticks. Well that and I tied the sting to both ends of the same stick.

Sounds like the string got stuck up one stick.
