I thought I'd give this a try and see if anyone wants to join in on a chat tonight, the room is set up in Yahoo Chat
First go to Entertainment&Arts and click on USERS ROOMS, scan the list for "Clowning Around"
I'm there now but have to watch my tv show for an hour will be back at 9pm est, and I'll keep it open all night to see who pops in!
Looking forward to chatting with ya's!
If you have trouble getting there add me to your Yahoo Messenger: tinkstheclown and I'll send you an invite right to the room

Darn! I was busy making my balloon western wear last night for tonight's carnival and I didn't even think to check in here.
I'm sorry I missed it.
Maybe we should set up a regular schedule, say weekly on Thursday nights at 9 eastern, or something like that. If we start planning now everyone will have a better chance at joining next time...
I'm starting to see more and more people here on a regular basis, around the clock, so maybe that would also inspire new clowns! :)
Just tryin' to stay ahead of the game here.....
Anybody interested in the weekly Thursday around 9pm eastern chat idea?
If we start gettin' a tally today and enough advance notice, maybe we can get more participants.

I've been busy and haven't gotten on the internet lately but count me in. A chat room was what I was looking for when I found this web. site.. But this site has been the most active and friendliest that I've tried.. Got ta go, daughter #2 hollering about dance lessons..Bye.

According to
http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/usa/eastern-time/
GMT = EST + 5
CET = GMT + 1
So 9 pm EST seems to be:
2 o'clock in the night for UK 8O
3 o'clock in the night for germany
Too late for little clowns like me :wink:
Oh, Gilbert, forgot about the "across the pond" time difference...
Maybe we could work out something on the weekends....
since it's about a six hour difference, UK being ahead, maybe we could plan on a monthly thing
for INTERNATIONAL participation. Maybe say Saturdays 12 pm for west coast time zones, 2pm central standard time, where I am, 3pm eastern for those closer to the atlantic....
Maybe something to work towards in the near future...just a thought...

That sounds a more reasonable time bips. Now all I have got to do is get Yahoo working in Linux.
