Hey Clownies!
I'm back. The computer threw-up and had to have it rebooted, kicked around, and over-hauled. :x Anyway, Sapphire Sue, you commented that no one had sent you any pictures even though they say they will.

Here's a thought (and my only one for the day):
In your contract (if you use one <<and you should>>) just put a section that
clearly states the client will send you at least two good pics of you interacting with the kids/people. Include a SASE so they don't have to worry about "finding" a stamp.

Any other thoughts of how you can get pics from folks?

Glad to see your back Mercyme, Haven't seen Jubilee lately I know ya'll use to email is she OK?

Good Idea about pict. I have a few but I don't like them , there either fuzzy, bad angle etc. See I'm usually the picture taker not the takee, so I have several of my kids. I'll try to send some of them.

In this digital age, be sure to give them an email address so they can
send you pictures via email.

Those more adventuresome, you might have an FTP site where they
can upload pictures.

Hey Mercy! (big wave)

Not to worry, I turned the faucet off this time...:)

Good to hear from ya again, maybe you can join us this coming Thursday for a chat, it's a blast!

One thing that seems to be working for me on the pictures is that I bring my own camera, at least half the time when I remember. They say a picture says a thousand words, and I think that's true. I have a digital camera combo with my camcorder, it's a cannon, but you know, small digital cameras are getting less expensive, especially this time of year, and it's so easy to delete a photo if it turns out fuzzy

I'm still working up a little patter for that, but right now I just simply ask mom/dad/guardian if they don't have a camera if they would like a photo with me and the child, and I tell them it's digital, and if they would give me their email address if they have one I will send it to them. If they don't (which hasn't happened yet) then I print it out and mail it to them if they will give me their address.

The email works good because then you have a way to contact for followup business, and I also get their permission to add them to my newsletter.

Which, BTW, is about to come out for December!

I lost the November one, but I've taken some precautions this time so if any of you didn't get that one and asked for it, don't worry, I added you to the distribution list for this coming month.

Anyways, Sue, just my two Lincolns...
