i need to write up contracts for my clown buisness but am not sure what to put in it or how to write it up. does anyone have a copy of theres they can send to me my email is mr_buckaroo2003@yahoo.com . or just give me some ideas.

I did a search on google for entertaimnet contracts and foud several that you could use for models. You will have to change quite a bit, but as we say in the guitar repair business, " The bones are good." I'll keep looking. a standard entertainment contract. should work. Things I would put in are things like crowd control, for roudy kids, under no circumstances put your self in the position that you are cutting and serving the cake and Ice Cream, a nightmare come true. Shelter provided, in case of inclement weather, whether you are providing goody bags and if so how much they are each, When payment is do, exectly how long you will perform Ie, you arrive ten minutes before hand, Set up in privacy before meeting the kids, peformance will start at 4:00pm- whatever. remember, it is for the benefit of both parties.
I have never used a contrsct, It was easier way back when. I'm interested in hearing from our members. I'll need to come up with one myself.

same here, I've never used a contract, I always explain before hand what's expected and luckly have had no problems, but I intend to come up with one soon, as I now do different types of birthday parties need one. I think there great to have.

I seldom use contracts but when I do I keep them simple
time I will be there
What I will be doing (clowing balloons magic)
Special reguirements (tables chairs shade breaks)
AND A CANCELATION CLAUSE (THIS IS INPORTANT)you also have to have a backup in case something happens and you cant make it such as a clown to take your place
