Hope every one is doing well, I had hope to get in the chat tonight, but been at the hospital most of the evening. Pass two..now three weeks have been rough, My Dad is 74 this last Monday Jan 3. The Sunday before Christmas had to rush to the hospital related to chest pains, found he had been bleeding internally and this caused heart problems, they cath. but no new blockages found, he's had bypass several years ago. Then the Sunday after Christmas had to rush back to the hospital with cont. blood loss and this time heart damage, they wait two day until he had a heart attach to recath, this time finding the blood clot and put in a stent. They can't find were he is bleeding internally but today back down to 6.1 [an adult male is around 14]. He's been moved out of ICU and was on his 3rd unit of blood with a 4th to follow. He's very depressed and scared that this maybe it for him. Which has us all upset because he has always been a very active person, more like some one in the early 50's. If they can find the blood loss they can fix it, but if they have to keep giving blood there all sorts of problems that can set it.Presently he's in our local hospital but last week we had him out of town in a hospital that does heart surgery, about 1 hour away.
