You need to break out of the mold and buy more colors of hearts. There is a lot you can do with them.

Hey! How about a couple of Ice Cream Cones for all this hot weather we're having. They are made out of 321 (bee bodies). Just a simple 1-1/2" bubble and 3 pinch twists and there you have it!!!!!

TURTLE is so quick an easy.. Do you know how to do that... but in stead of making the shell the same color ... use BROWN ... start at the head .. go to tail.. back to head ... then back to tail.. makes an adorable shell

Monkey = 1 260 balloon 1 flesh heart

Blow 260 leaving about 4inches...

1. Small fold twist (ear)
2. Small Pinch Twist (back of head where the nozzle of heart wraps around)
3. small fold twist (ear)
4. the neck is a 2 finger bubble
5. Puppy dog legs
6. 3-4 finger bubble for belly
7. puppy dog legs.

8 .. now depending how much you have left.. the rest is the tail - which I fold through the back legs to keep them from coming undone. If you dont have enough .. then use another 260 ... attach to back.. I use 2 pinch twists for the monkey's butt... because EVERYONE has a butt... lol


face: blow the heart up to just a circle... twist ... now take the nozzle and pull it between the two ears and wrap around the small pinch twist *head*.

Thank you everyone for all your pictures. It is great to see the different ways other people will go about making the same animal. I hope it is not theft if I reverse engineer some of these. :D They never turn out the same any way. hehe...

I have been planing on doing a sheep with a heap of bubbles as fur for ages. It never ends up looking anything like I wanted it to.

Don't go telling a professional magician that. hehe... To imitate another's script and trick is like copying another clowns make up. (this is a conversation better left for another thread though.)

I'm still pretty new to clowning so I just want to make sure balloon twisters are ok with it. Everything I have copied is never done the same any way.


Ps. I start a 5 day clown and physical theatre course today. Super dooper excited.

Thank you for your kind words. I am glad to see you finally got a break in that very busy schedule to come online and play.

For those who wanted to know how I make my rabit here is my explination to the best of ability.
Pink 260Q with about a 6" tail. Make 2 twists and lock twsit together for feet.
White 260Q with about a 6" tail. Pinch twist for tail and lock this in with the pink balloon
Make about a 3" sausage twist with both balloons and lock together.
Lock twist the pink balloon. With the white balloon make 2 sausage twists connecting it to the feet and back up to the pinch twist again. This completes the body.
Now the head.
With the white balloon make two 1" bubbles and twist together with pink pinch twist. Make 2 sausage twists for the bits that come out the side of the mouth.
You will now have quite a bunch hanging off this pinch twist but more is to come.
Take the pink and white balloon up about 2" make another pinch twist and bring the white one back down again to be terminated thus creating the 2 eyes.
I now take a second pink 260Q and inflate almost the entire way. soften it up a bit so there is air in the end. This gets twisted in with the mouth region (remember that really messy area?) creating the nose and comes up beside the eyes. you can now create your ears with this left over pink balloon by attaching it to the pink lock twist at the top of the head.

Wow.. that seems intense. Now I see why video is so popular. :o

Any questions feel free to ask. I worked this out myself based on another picture I had seen a year ago however over a period of making it couple of hundred times I think they look quite different now.
