Okay, since I live on the Wisconsin/Minnesota border, I need to be able to please both Viking and Packers fans. I can make a nice Viking helmet, but I need to come up with a similar 2-color helmet for Packers fans. Any ideas?

Make the same helmet, bring the horns down, tie them together to form a frame for a face shield. Then fabricate a single balloon to make a the bars.

I actually just modified this and I like it better. After you bend the horns down do not tie them together.from the hat base, go six inches down the horn from the hat band and twist a bubble. then cross the remaining sections and tie them to the bubbles

Okay, Scruffy, I think I figured it out. There's another balloon bar going across the mouthpiece that you can't see in your photo, right?

Did you try it on? I'm wondering if it might be annoying to wear, with that balloon going across your mouth. Do you think? Maybe they could wear it backwards.

Have everybody in your family try it on, and let me know the consensus. (FYI:You've now earned TWO varieties of cookies!)

Pickles, You can jazz it up is you want but, I really try to keep hats to two balloons.

it's not terribly uncomfortable, I have a large head though.
