I want to do something with Operation St. Nick and looking for ideas. Operation St. Nick is the collection of new toys for children 12 and under that are eventually distributed by the Department of Social Services.

"Santa" is going to be at a parade I'm participating in on November 30th, but I don't know how receptive he will be to doing skit work as oft times they just get a local to wear the suit. With that, I want to do something to get people to help donate gifts. If Old St. Nick is willing to play around then it will be easy enough working something up. If not, I'll need ideas for solo work or crowd involvement stuff in a nearby walk-around. I definitely don't want to do anything to draw attention from S.C. so I'm looking for ideas for skits, acts, etc...

I love the idea of a Christmas skit and I have mentioned mine elsewhere. This year I will hopefully pull off the Dickens' Chimney Sweep character in a street performance. I personally believe people don't do enough Dickens around Christmas. Best o' luck guv'nah!
