Hi! Does anyone have any information on potential clowning events for charity on the West Coast, particularily for CANCER. I recently lost a family member to thyroid cancer and was curious to know if anyone had any leads, tips, etc... thank you

I'm on the east coast, but we just had the "Relay for LIfe" here, which includes a walk/run, and a womanless pagent show, Tammy Faye Messner {SP} was our celeb. judge. Money is for cancer research, I don't know about the pagenent, but I'm sure Relay for Life is Nation wide. You could help with the walk, My group does the ALS walk, just did it this last Saturday.

Itoo do the relay for life (3 of them) it is a great cause
We also had a festival of clowns which lasted 3 days and all money went to cancer
We havnt had it for awhile because it is too hard to find a place to hold it The place we had it is all built up with stores now and there is no room for us

Thanks Sue, thanks Jamz! I will inquire locally about the Relay For Life benefits in our area. Appreciate the input!
