This is so simple that I almost expect everyone to say "Well, of course"

I love twisting with hearts.

A better duck (than mine)

Yellow heart slightly underinflated. Roll the knot so you have a little longer heart. Twist one lobe of the heart into a lemon size bubble. An orange 160. Two 1 inch size fold twist and then a longer one, about 2 or 3 inches long (finished size) all twisted into the same spot. Place onto the heart and position it to be the beak. You can bend the beck up a bit and bend the tail, knotted end of the heart, up a bit too.

Looks like a duck...

Here you go Pix . . . . I used a Betellatex elongated heart balloon which gives a longer body.
